Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Fletcher born in the past three hundred years. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the north to a Fletcher, Nim learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shoemaker for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Elves. Her skin is light but she possesses many yellow ritualistic tattoos. Her amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She bought a falchion and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
