Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a tight fitting white shirt and pants. His blonde hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are violet and catlike.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Wiggan will drive conversation. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Through the years after Wiggan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Wiggan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
