History: Born in the north to a Bounty Hunter, River learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He struck the Bounty Hunter job and began his own company from there.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Zagga was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Zagga decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.
