History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a grey vest and prefers brown and tan shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down and is in decent physical shape. She has wavy chestnut hair. Her eyes are likewise gray. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Helja embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: The child of a Scribe, who enjoyed hunting, Donella was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion
