Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Nirgel lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and wants his loneliness to end

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A freak accident while working with his Bowyer father left him crippled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Slave Trader for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Slave Trader responsibilities is difficult; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Thamior was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Torbera abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He's also a talented Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
