Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born in a small forest village. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the west were limited. He became a Sellsword soon after.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and expand his business

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She is wearing a long, violet cloak. Sporting a black mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Irann grew up listening to her father's many stories. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Doctor and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: Arannis lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption
