Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Ralf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and expand his business

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she prefers to wear flannel. Her crest is copper and very short. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Aasathra took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up hammer and armor she uses now. After a long history of fighting, Aasathra and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Puyet grew up listening to her father's many stories. She worked as a nervous Map Maker and found it very stressful. She's also a talented Carter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A gifted student she started as a Unemployed, but she got bored and became a Servant. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
