Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a yellow suit, tan shirt, and blue tie. He has a silver handlebar mustache and slicked back silver hair. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.
History: Adelard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has achieved small success as a Marshal.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and balancing his hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her grey robe. Her hair is chestnut and very short. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: Gurdis was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Description: He wears a pastel vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His yellow leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his pastel boots flare out at the collars, and he perpetually has his monstrous two handed axe ready. His gray fur is braided into rings. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: The child of a Courier, who enjoyed hunting, Right-Handed was taken on many hunting expeditions. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His long black hair reaches down to his waist. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Caeldrim abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears dull black sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed shortspear, just in case. His hair is white and curly. His silver eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When Marbas reached his early adolescence his Tiefling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
