History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Arannis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a morningstar on his belt, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His hair is silver and very short. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Oriax grew up listening to his father's many stories. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

History: Mella hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Mella alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against goblins

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
