Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Patrick alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Andraste liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Andraste fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to get a good night's sleep
