Personality: He is a Barber first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Barber but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: Frederick was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Map Maker responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Painter who has hired him part-time. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Tarhun was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Sailor. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Motivation: Revenge; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
