History: Barendd hails from a village terrorized by orcs. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: An older man who dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a pastel coat with brown slacks, he is not a threatening figure. He keeps his yellow fur in a flapper bob. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Tricking lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He takes great joy in being the best Knight in town.

History: Gifted from a young age, Baz studied abroad. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. During his travels, Baz and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Baz discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Baz fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.
