History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Maynild was raised in a hard working conservative environment. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Gurdis was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create.
