History: Born in the west to a Barber, Abad learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Apothecary, but he got bored and became a Barber. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. The war was a terrible time for him, and Baern does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He married young, but lost his spouse to illithids. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Meena was born the youngest of three triplets. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
