Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Jane was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is typically in his Sellsword uniform. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He was born in the east. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Tiefling, and stands approximately 6'9". He prefers to wear flannel, and his gloved hand is found clutching a longsword. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His eyes are likewise black. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the east were limited. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He tends to wear a tan poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Rolen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rolen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rolen. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His tied-back hair is golden. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He works hard and plays hard.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Weaver. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Weaver for hire.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and wants to open a new tavern
