Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Nija was a troubled youth. Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Snafû reached his early adolescence his Half-Orc father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
