History: Oriel was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She tends to her Map Maker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Laborer born in the past three hundred years. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Laborer responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is fixated on the number 12. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in the south to a Brewer, Bernard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Brewer. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This woman stands a little under 6'8" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her silver crest is still thick. Her red eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Surina was born the youngest of three triplets. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. She's also a talented Layabout, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She is greedy; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. Her gray fur is braided into rings. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her green eyes.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Fisher they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Cartwright, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To protect her home; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
