History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: Corkitron is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Corkitron was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she's looking for her big break

History: She got into the Apothecary business at a young age. Veloptima was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Apothecary. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her childhood dream was to be a Fletcher, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is greedy
