History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This tall, slender man is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. This amber eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Kûga was born with his father's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and wants to raise his children well

Description: Standing 4'2", this woman likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. She has no hair. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Born in the south to a Banker, Gurdis learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Gurdis liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Banker for the past few years.

Motivation: She's in love; and further expansion of business

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hamil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hamil. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'5". She is renowned for her bright brown dresses and hats, and her gloved hand is found clutching a shortbow. Her brown hair is singed and shortened. Her hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Aline was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and seeks redemption
