He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Glûk grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Mantus was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Mantus's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
