History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A freak accident while working with his Engraver father left him crippled. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tharivol fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for her, and Lilli does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Masseuse but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Five hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people.
