Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Sailor born in the past three hundred years. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Mella is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
