Description: This malnourished man wears a green tunic with black highlights, and long green pants that bunch up around his shoes. His brown hair is still thick. His black eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: She wears a tan costume with the symbols of luck on her torso, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'0" when asserting herself. Her golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Caelynn liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she seems to be bored by most things

Description: A 3'3" eastern man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is auburn and very short. He is baby faced.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Gifted from a young age, Nelkin studied abroad. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is his passion

Description: An older woman who wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents, she is not a threatening figure. Her crest is bronze, silky, and of moderate length. Her eyes are red.
Personality: She is a Performer first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Jaxi was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gifted student she started as a Miller, but she got bored and became a Performer. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Jaxi was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
