Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. She carries with her a set of tridents on her belt, each one with a emerald on the hilt. She has dyed her greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: She is happy with her job as a Merchant. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. A true patriot, Mary would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. When Mary reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She struck the Merchant job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: To be a Barber again; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: Standing 3'0", this woman wears baggy blue pantaloons and a brown scarf. Her auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Tana wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Tana was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Tana's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Tana and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has a very tight haircut. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Thorpe was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thorpe fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
