History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Harann was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Snafû lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She has done her best to style her blue crest to look like a famous performer. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Gifted from a young age, Harann studied abroad. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
