History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sariel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: Raer hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs.
