History: Born in the east to a Baker, Cloud learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He struck the Baker job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.
