Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He tends to wear a large tan jacket. His chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Being a Sage kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sage and was forced into it by his family; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: This tall, slender man wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with top hat. His head has been shaved. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Carrie is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Three hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Three was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father.

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. Her brown hair is braided into rings. She is baby faced.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
