History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her black hair is long and unkept. Her blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is an amazing painter.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her parents were killed by brigands in a raid when she was still a young child. The brigands captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: An older woman who wears yellow robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a falchion, but if one is not available she will default to her longsword, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her violet eyes peer out from beneath her feathered yellow hat.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'9" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His beige fur has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Kansif was born the youngest of three triplets. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister
