History: She got into the Mayor business at a young age. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she is unsatisfied with her job
