Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the south to a Bricklayer, John learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Fortune-teller. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and seeks redemption

Description: This man is very fat, and wears dark leathers with embroidery. His red hair is matted, messy, and big. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. The war was a terrible time for him, and Patrick does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Patrick was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he loathes his own lifestyle

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
