Description: The dark-skinned man stands 4'9" and wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has hazel eyes and a blue hat with a black feather.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Korfel took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Merla was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and balancing her hectic life and new architect responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now owns his own business.
