History: Spear was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cook for hire.

The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Srorthen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Srorthen. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.
