History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Miner mother left her crippled. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Interpreter for the past few years.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. The war was a terrible time for her, and Oriff does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Oriff was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to brigands.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
