Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Heward is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears baggy black pantaloons and a green scarf, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His red hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are likewise silver. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a grey costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso. He has shaved his head bald. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to end his boredom

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She is typically in her Soapmaker uniform. She wears her brown hair down. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has worked as a Soapmaker like her father before her.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. She has no hair. Her eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. Andraste enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.
