History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Herleva was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He is physically well-built. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. His eyes are silver and catlike.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: This woman is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on her right hand. Her red hair is thinning but still full. Her eyes are likewise gold.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A freak accident while working with her Soapmaker mother left her crippled. She struck the Jeweler job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Dagger reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
