History: Gifted from a young age, Ellywick studied abroad. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She comes from a rich western family. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

Personality: Five is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Five lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to raise her children well
