History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Valida was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she is dressed in a clean brown cloak covering her clean studded leather. Her brown fur is still thick. Her half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she desires power and/or immortality
