History: He got into the Ploughman business at a young age. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He struck the Ploughman job and began his own company from there.

History: She got into the Performer business at a young age. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She tends to her Performer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Navigator. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the north to a Navigator, Smoking learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Navigator and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born to a Brewer, her father struggled to pay the bills. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Body Guard kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Born to a Scribe, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
