History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Althaea was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Althaea's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Unemployed and was forced into it by her family; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Left-Handed was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Left-Handed and his spouse have recently divorced.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Slave Trader. He became a Slave Trader soon after.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and further expansion of business
