History: Merihim lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Guard kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Nim will drive conversation. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for her
