Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She got into the Carpenter business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Carpenter. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and retire the richest woman in the east
