History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. A gifted student she started as a Map Maker, but she got bored and became a Courier. She has achieved small success as a Courier.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and balancing her hectic life and new courier responsibilities is difficult
