History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Ootah was born on a far southern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Jeweler. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Performer for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Performer responsibilities is difficult.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. His skin is light but he possesses many blue ritualistic tattoos. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Alston isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Ploughman kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She takes great joy in being the best Cartwright in town.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Cartwright, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and further expansion of business
