Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His head has been shaved. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Sarah was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Sarah's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is a Ruler first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is greedy
