His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Lance is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Lance lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: She was born in a small desert village. After coming to the age of reason, Andraste took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
