History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Hunter. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Map Maker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Map Maker like his father before him.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying west to reunite her family. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
