Personality: Qualen wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Rogue, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ruler business.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

History: He was born in a small desert village. Nykkan liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Unemployed for hire.

She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Lagazi was born on a far southern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Crown-heir. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: Marbas is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Junk Dealer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Junk Dealer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She is mildly Human supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
