Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Heian lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Ortegar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: Standing 5'3", this woman wears yellow painted combat armor at almost all times. She has wavy black hair. Her brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Baelitae was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Gardener they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Ruler, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Osco was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Osco has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he loathes his own lifestyle
