History: She was born into a rich family. A gifted student she started as a Stylist, but she got bored and became a Mercenary. She tends to her Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Miller but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Windy was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Miller. She's also a talented Bowyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
